'They've earned the right to be involved' - Rawlinson on first-team chances for Chester youth prospects
Lewis Corbett's senior bow could be followed by others before season end
Interim Chester manager Connell Rawlinson says that youth will get an opportunity between now and the end of the season.
Saturday was a game of firsts and lasts for the Blues, with the retirement of Kevin Roberts coming after a dramatic late 2-1 win over Darlington at the Deva Stadium, while Rawlinson took charge of the first game of his interim spell as boss following the departure of Calum McIntyre.
There was also a first appearance in the National League North for teenager Lewis Corbett, who was on the pitch for just three minutes when Fin Shrimpton fired home a 98th-minute winner.
